Remember the good ol’ days of Bennifer? And I don’t mean Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner. No, I’m referring to the era of Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston – Hollywood’s golden couple. Can you believe it’s been almost ten years? It’s hard to comprehend, and part of that reason is that the replacement of Brangelina is enough to make you forget.
Bennifer vs. Brangelina
I have no problem admitting I’m a huge Brad Pitt fan. Like head over heels fan. And who doesn’t love Jennifer Aniston? I was crushed when they split. If they couldn’t make it, then who can? But then Angelina Jolie came along and the chemistry between her and Brad was visibly sizzling, and made you forget all about Jen.
So while Jen was America’s sweetheart and “should” have been the perfect match for Brad, sometimes you just can’t control who you have the connection with. Angelina was previously divorced (twice!) and was labelled as a “bad girl”. Even the way they met was questionable. But in the end, it doesn’t matter what labels you have, what other people think or that you may have to hurt another person in the process. Don’t sweat the small stuff, because what matters is your connection with the other person. In the face of all odds, you’ll likely prevail. (And don’t get me wrong, I’m not trivializing the end of a marriage – these things should never be taken lightly, and I definitely don’t advocate cheating, but if you’re heart isn’t in a relationship, it’s time to take a good hard look in the mirror).

What Bennifer vs. Brangelina Can Tell You About Your Relationship
No matter how good a couple looks on the outside, it is not an indicator of what’s going on on the inside. While your Jennifer may be a good catch and everyone thinks you should be together, if your heart is telling you she isn’t your soul-mate, then go against the grain, don’t settle, and pursue that person who lights your world on fire.
